Indicators to eHealth development?

Bytesforall 'ICT for health' network is working to investigate and collect and compile a list of indicators that constitute the development or progress of e-Health system/service in a country. Join our group to post your ideas on the variables of this eHealth indicator/matrix or point us to any existing relevant work? Please continue to participate the network.
